What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead influencer/streamer growth for iGaming/affiliate brands—building creator partnerships and optimizing CPA/ROI for FTD and LTV. I want data-driven scaling across Tier 1 GEOs with clear performance ownership.

I’m a performance-driven Influencer & Streamer Marketing Manager with experience in iGaming and affiliate marketing, focused on player acquisition through creators. I specialize in optimizing campaigns using FTD, ROI, CPA, and LTV, while building long-term partnerships that keep results compounding.

From launching new streaming directions to scaling campaigns across Tier 1 markets (AU, EU), I run full-cycle streamer acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. I also developed partnership and ambassador programs with compensation models, gaming balances, and content guidelines, and negotiated with streamers across Europe and Australia.

I collaborate closely with casino management and providers to align performance expectations and engagement strategies. I produce weekly reporting in Google Sheets and platform dashboards, and I use tools like TwitchTracker and Upfluence to track and improve conversion rate, retention, and cost per lead.
