At Wave Mobile Money, I worked on employee experience and compliance, designing and implementing internal policies and employee immersion programs with corporate departments.
I supported employee integration and training, performance management and analysis of Objectives & Key Results, and internal communications in French and English. I also created written and video training content, published company newsletters, and organized corporate events.
Earlier, I managed network installation projects at Areatech Telecom Services and developed corporate communication and marketing campaigns at Safir Consulting. I’ve also taught English at the Institute of Languages in Africa (ICLA) - Bamako, including TOEFL preparation.
