At Benivo, I built the supplier procurement and governance function from the ground up for 85 strategic providers across 30+ countries, sourcing 35 suppliers and managing approximately £10M in annual spend. I delivered £3M in annualised savings through commercial restructuring, volume commitments, and improved payment terms.

Previously at Santa Fe Group, I created the Group Sourcing function from zero and led supplier lifecycle, tendering, contracting, compliance, and performance management across mobility, technology, real estate, facilities, fleet, legal, tax, and immigration. I also led a European property and facilities transformation during COVID-19, delivering £1M in savings and a 50% reduction in supply chain costs, while using AI and digital tools to make procurement faster, more visible, and more resilient.
