I've supported high-volume accounts payable operations at UKG and The Kroger Co.'s Vitacost.com, resolving vendor invoice and payment issues, analyzing aging, and protecting accurate, timely payments.

At Kroger, I processed PO invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365, performed two-way and three-way matching, reconciled vendor accounts, and created journal entries, credit memos, write-offs, and payment adjustments. During the D365 implementation, I developed SOPs, training manuals, and instructional videos, and trained Accounts Payable Specialist contractors on department processes.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and work closely with Procurement, Treasury, Buying, Pricing, Warehouse, and Vendor Management teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. I'm seeking to grow into an Accounts Payable Manager role while contributing to an organization's long-term success.
