I’m an Accounts Payable Specialist with 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle AP operations, from invoice processing and coding through approvals, payments, and reconciliations. I’m known for strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and keeping financial work accurate and audit-ready.
In my current role, I process and review 500+ invoices monthly with exceptional accuracy while resolving vendor discrepancies to maintain positive vendor relationships. I also support month-end and year-end close activities and respond to audit requests.
Previously at The Home Depot, I handled high-volume invoices and ensured compliance with company policies. I performed three-way matching, completed vendor statement reconciliations, and investigated and resolved invoice and payment discrepancies.
