What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my website, e-commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and content skills to improve companies' online visibility and customer acquisition.

I've completed training in website and e-commerce creation with Gi Group, covering website management, product catalogs, payment systems, SEO, responsive design, and CMS tools.

Through a Web Marketing Consultant course at Università Popolare di Cremona, I've developed digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, web analytics, reporting, email marketing, content marketing, and lead-generation skills. I also create graphic content with Canva and use AI tools to produce and optimize content.

For nearly a decade, I managed bar and restaurant operations in Cremona, handling customer service, cash operations, payments, supplier orders, and invoicing.

My earlier front-office, secretarial, and hotel reception work strengthened my customer welcome, appointment management, reservations, telephone, and administrative support skills. I work in Italian and Arabic, with good English and basic French.
