What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead order management, supply chain, procurement, and cross-functional operations while improving delivery performance, supplier relationships, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes.

I'm the primary liaison for BAT/RJR at PT. SMOORE Technology Indonesia, managing more than USD 200M in annual customer orders across 24 SKUs. I coordinate forecasts, shipment priorities, production schedules, NPI readiness, and cross-functional execution to maintain delivery commitments.

Across 16+ years in operations, procurement, logistics, and key account management, I've delivered cost savings, strengthened supplier governance, and managed regional customer relationships across the U.S. and Asia. I use SAP ERP and Excel reporting to support informed operational decisions.
