My name is Mugure, and I have worked remotely for the past four years with a San Francisco-based fintech company, collaborating with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Africa. I am self-accountable, an independent worker, and can effectively work both synchronously and asynchronously with teammates across multiple time zones. My expertise lies in creating, maintaining, and documenting best practices, guidelines, process flows, templates, how-to references, and resources to help teams better manage their responsibilities and to ensure users can easily navigate our platform.

In my roles as a Customer Operations Specialist, Product Operations Specialist, and Associate Software Engineer, I have honed my skills in:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert on processes and procedures, crafting and delivering training content to elevate the customer experience.

  • Organizing and coordinating training programs to equip newly-hired employees with the necessary skills, including systems knowledge and customer service soft skills.
