Previously at FutureHealthcare, I managed clinical case workflows end-to-end, reviewing claims and medical documentation while coordinating hospitals, insurers and clients to resolve case-related issues and meet SLAs.

My earlier cabin crew experience at White Airways strengthened my ability to maintain service standards, coordinate calmly under pressure and resolve challenging situations. I'm an Occupational Therapist with experience spanning healthcare consulting, clinical case management and employee wellbeing.
