At Computacenter India, I lead 36 L1 technical analysts supporting the Daimler project, managing daily tickets, escalations, and SLA adherence.

I guide networking troubleshooting, participate in P1 and P2 incidents, and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues and escalations.

Previously, at Swiftant IT Solutions, I tested web, Windows, and mobile applications across logistics and banking projects, covering functional, regression, system, non-functional, and performance testing.

I also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions on routing, switching, connectivity monitoring, and network issue resolution, where I maintained 100% CSAT and received a Best Engineer award.
