Inaya Smith-Sellers

I've supported artists, clients, and customers across creative administration, retail, food service, banking, and independent pet care. At Akua Art, I create educational storytelling content, maintain digital archives, coordinate project logistics, and develop artist and collection descriptions.

Through Rover, I manage relationships for an independent service business serving approximately 80 clients, including 30 repeat clients. I provide timely updates, address service needs, and maintain detailed care records for reliable delivery.

I've also handled high-volume customer interactions at RDI Corporation, U.S. Bank, Target, Sidewinder Coffee, and Boombox Buns. My work includes resolving customer concerns, processing payments and account transactions accurately, documenting interactions, managing confidential records, and maintaining organized customer-facing spaces.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati, I bring creative communication, administrative support, digital file management, and attentive client service to every role.
