I’m a dedicated Senior Analyst at HCL Technologies with over 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and technical support. I focus on driving impactful results through data-driven insights and strategic solutioning, while keeping end users supported and productive.

I specialize in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, with strengths in desktop support, system administration, and remote troubleshooting. I’ve supported customers through technical troubleshooting, system log analysis, and careful issue documentation in ticketing workflows.

In addition, I work confidently with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and I’m skilled in network security and anti-virus programs. I’m also certified in Advance Networking with a solid foundation in networking fundamentals, switching, and firewall configuration.

From my earlier role as a Technical support engineer at Sysnet Global Technologies (Hewlett Packard Project), I analyzed and resolved technical issues across HP products and recognized for accurately identifying and resolving a significant number of technical issues.
