At McKinsey & Company’s Panorama Financial Institutions Center, I owned workstreams for large-scale transformations at leading Latin American banks. These included a branch-to-digital migration for a regional bank in Jamaica and a vendor strategy workstream with a stated $52M impact for a bank in the Dominican Republic.
I led an operational diagnostic of a regional bank’s Panama operations, assessing control gaps and benchmarking the market to surface opportunities tied to over $24M in financial exposure and upside. I also standardized financial databases across LATAM markets into cross-market reports and recurring Banking Practice publications.
Earlier, at Citibank N.A, I built product-level forecasts and delivered financial performance reporting for wholesale banking. At Bank of America Corporation, I analyzed mortgage loss mitigation and card fraud risk; my work is supported by training in financial technology, digital assets, and artificial intelligence.
