I’m a Data Analyst with over 10 years of experience driving strategic decision-making through data analysis, modeling, and automated reporting. I’m expert in Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel, and Alteryx, with a constant focus on process optimization, data quality improvement, and operational risk mitigation. Since May 2024, I’ve developed and maintained data solutions to optimize business reporting. I collaborate on improving data quality processes and provide analytical support to global teams, ensuring reporting remains accurate and operationally useful.

At Western Union (May 2021–May 2024), I optimized and consolidated operational reports to improve standardization across channels and regions. I validated data components and documented technical processes for internal projects, using Alteryx, Excel, and Quickbase for critical metric analysis.

Earlier, at UST GLOBAL – INTEL (Oct 2020–May 2021), I managed databases for daily dashboard updates using SQL and Excel, and performed QA and maintenance of Power BI data models. I also served as a Fraud Analyst at Amazon (Feb 2020–Oct 2020), where I identified fraud patterns and operational trends using TRMS standard operating procedures, and I built HR data mining processes at Siemens (Dec 2018–Feb 2020) using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
