Rebuilt the stockrooms of a European logistics centre and captured every asset in the ServiceNow CMDB using SCCM, Jamf and manual audits. Mapped physical assets to Configuration Items in line with NIST CSF (ID.AM), linking hardware to business-critical processes for rapid impact analysis.
