@magalieascoop
I lead requirements and functional delivery for complex application modernisation programmes.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently Requirements Lead and Proxy Product Owner at SMALS on the Belgian Defence modernisation programme, leading analysis for Recruitment & Selection and the new DefRS application. I turn workshops, business needs and legacy-system constraints into structured requirements, functional specifications, data models and business rules.
Across assignments with Deutsche Bank, ENGIE Fabricom, SWIFT, Aisin AW and AW Europe, I've combined functional analysis, product ownership, Scrum support and a software engineering foundation. I work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to manage priorities, validate solutions through UAT and keep complex transformations coherent.
