I’m a Contract Investigator with experience conducting full-cycle background investigations and preparing detailed investigative reports in compliance with federal administrative standards and deadlines.

In my current role, I review and analyze personal, employment, financial, and legal records for accuracy and completeness, conduct subject interviews, and manage multiple cases simultaneously—always with strict discretion for highly sensitive and confidential information.

Before this, I built a strong operational foundation as a Community Manager and Leasing/Compliance Specialist, where I directed daily residential community operations, coordinated maintenance and vendor work, and kept unit turnover and renovation timelines on track.

I’m hands-on, adaptable, and relationship-driven—known for clear communication, detailed recordkeeping, and motivating teams to perform. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I’m eager to apply my investigation and operations management strengths to mission-focused work.
