Before pivoting into AI/automation engineering, I spent 3+ years as Head of Business Operations across a multi-unit portfolio — where I built decision intelligence systems delivering live KPIs to a remote owner in Singapore.

That experience shaped how I think about the real problem: getting the right signal to the right person at the right time, automatically.
