I built an Enterprise AI CRM & WhatsApp Orchestrator for a B2C/B2B education client, connecting WhatsApp events with CRM state through webhooks and pre-send revision checks.

I added a Node.js validation layer to enforce JSON schemas and check LLM output against approved catalogs, blocking unsupported pricing, discount, and guarantee claims.

In my freelance B2B Data Automation Engineer work, I developed Python pipelines with Playwright, DDGS, and Pandas to collect and structure qualified B2B lead data. I automated enrichment across company domains and Google Maps locations, turning JSON API responses into client-ready Excel databases.

I also created local Node.js scripts for controlled WhatsApp outreach, using randomized send intervals through a self-hosted STB gateway.
