What I'm looking for

I want to lead end-to-end, multi-market research projects in agile, high-stakes environments—bringing structure, clear documentation, and stakeholder alignment while turning ambiguity into on-time execution across multiple workstreams.

I’m a Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex, multi-market research projects end-to-end—from vendor sourcing and team recruitment to data processing and stakeholder reporting. I bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, high-stakes environments, bridging business objectives and operational execution.

I’ve delivered 6 end-to-end user research projects across 4 international markets (Spain, UK, Canada, USA), managing 570+ moderated interviews and qualitative surveys. I build and launch quantitative surveys in UserZoom, export and structure research data into clean handover packages, and drive high-complexity recruitment by coordinating multiple panel vendors. I also manage distributed moderator teams to maintain consistent research quality across time zones and languages.

From AI-assisted workflows using HeyMarvin to rigorous documentation and full project visibility in Teamwork, I keep stakeholders aligned and delivery on track. My MSc background in Design and Development of Digital Business strengthens how I communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and I’ve owned technical development workstreams using Django, MySQL, and JavaScript in collaborative, agile settings.
