I am a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and strong experience facilitating teams, engaging stakeholders, and improving processes across logistics, branding, and sales operations.

I have led day-to-day operations for a transportation business, managed visibility and branding projects, and supported public relations and social media initiatives, consistently applying Agile principles to improve workflows and delivery.

I communicate clearly, resolve conflicts, and practice servant leadership to foster collaboration and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
