In my operations role as Founder & Operations Lead, I architected end-to-end business operations for a boutique brand, focusing on high-efficiency administrative workflows. I implemented a QR-code-based digital landing system to track customer preferences and repeat orders, and I managed supply chain logistics alongside professional branding for a “Ready-to-Bake” product line.

I’m also experienced with executive-level support—managing complex scheduling and calendars across multiple time zones, and coordinating international travel logistics and visa requirements. I execute high-volume data cleaning and database optimization projects using digital productivity tools.

I’m driven by practical outcomes: clean CRM databases, streamlined operations, and consistent customer support that builds trust. With my Virtual Assistant Professional Certification (ALXAfrica) in progress, I’m ready to bring the same focus and reliability to a team that values execution.
