At Planview Utilities Services, I coordinated concurrent pole-attachment design projects for Hydro One, Bell, Alectra and Toronto Hydro, delivering ahead of schedule and under budget. I was promoted twice, from Junior to Senior Engineering Project Coordinator.

I drove adoption of ArcGIS Survey123 as a go-to field-data app for surveyors and designers, cutting survey processing time 40% and design time 25%. I also restructured design reviews into batched pole packages with cable-designer checkpoints before engineering sign-off, reducing late-stage rework.

I managed budgets on 40–60 projects a year and led teams of 8–15 across cable design, surveying, pole design and engineering. I automated client status updates with Smartsheet and n8n workflows, and verified designs against CSA and ESA standards before P.Eng sign-off.

At Michelin, I led a four-person capstone team to map processes and develop root-cause-analysis frameworks, and built Power BI dashboards that brought several databases into a single view. Earlier, I modelled routes at Halifax Port Authority, reducing transportation costs 30% and GHG emissions 25%; at Compass Minerals, I helped reduce inventory costs and downtime. My Screen Pilot project focused on improving a voice-controlled assistant, including reducing speech-recognition errors from 8.1% to 1.9%.
