What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create and coordinate meaningful learning programmes, retreats, and events that combine relational facilitation, practical organisation, communications, and participant care.

I'm self-employed in Ireland and Estonia, where I design and facilitate breathwork, mindfulness, parenting, and learning programmes. I deliver recurring cohorts, retreats, events, and webinars while managing programme structure, scheduling, educational content, online delivery, and participant care.

At SOURCE International, I'm the main teacher and programme coordinator for a long-term practitioner training cohort, creating curriculum and coordinating international facilitator trainings. My background also includes special education, youth programmes, communications, digital marketing, and cross-cultural facilitation; I've self-published a book on mindfulness, creativity, and personal transformation.
