What I'm looking for

I’m looking to write and create well-being and behavior-change content, collaborate with teams in mental health or education, and help people through trauma-sensitive messaging grounded in psychology and lived practice of meditation and yoga.

I’m a freelance writer specializing in well-being, behavior change, and solo travel. I bring a unique voice and vision to content that turns complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives people actually want to read.

Over the last several years, I’ve developed blogs and delivered freelance projects efficiently while meeting client specifications and deadlines. I also designed and developed a website focused on functionality and user experience, strengthening my ability to translate ideas into practical, audience-ready outputs.

In parallel, I’ve built real-world behavioral expertise through five years in the mental health sector, using applied behavior analysis and psychology to provide effective behavioral support. I’m especially drawn to trauma-sensitive approaches and thoughtful communication that helps people feel safe, understood, and motivated to change.

Before and alongside writing, I worked in hospitality and retail for more than 10 years, refining my customer satisfaction focus, adaptability, and strong work ethic. I also served as a residential youth worker and living skills program content creator, supporting young people through active listening and nonjudgmental care while researching and creating life skills content across mental and physical well-being to education and daily living.
