As a freelance Technical PM & AI Integrator, I turned business ideas into technical specifications and integrated OpenAI and Claude APIs to build working prototypes for routine-task automation.
On a B2B SaaS product for a client under NDA, I led a development team of 6–10 people and owned planning, priorities, and delivery. At Fondy, I worked on corporate platforms to improve load speed and interfaces, with the goal of raising visitor-to-user conversion.
Earlier, at Ukrainian Computer Alliance, I led four departments and rebuilt workflows so teams could ship products faster. My work has also included full-cycle e-commerce and portal development, plus managing Google and Bing budgets and A/B-testing landing pages at IDE Group.
