I manage development of a client-server application at Block Agent, coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting feature delivery. I create project documentation, feature descriptions, and delivery plans through AI-assisted workflows.

I maintain backlogs, prioritize tasks, support sprint planning, and track risks, dependencies, and deadlines for teams of 10–15 people. I also coordinated tasks and timelines for a product rebrand.

I'm independently building Buy or Bye, an AI shopping assistant that helps users compare products and make informed purchase decisions. I defined its concept, MVP scope, user flows, requirements, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria while developing and testing the MVP with OpenAI Codex.

My earlier community work at Block Agent, Dragon Farm, and Cetus Protocol involved managing communities of up to 150,000 members, structuring user feedback, and sharing insights with product teams. I bring that voice-of-customer perspective into product prioritization and delivery.
