What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine empathetic customer support with administrative and research/data entry work. I want to use Google Workspace to resolve issues fast, keep records accurate, and communicate clearly with a collaborative team.

I’m an ALX-certified virtual assistant and registered nurse, bringing a calm, detail-focused approach to customer communication, administrative support, and documentation in fast-paced environments. I help clients and patients feel heard by resolving issues efficiently, maintaining confidential records, and communicating with clarity and empathy.

In virtual assistant projects, I’ve planned and coordinated business travel, built structured workflows for task and vendor tracking with Google Sheets and Trello, and turned research into clean, client-ready Google Sheets reports with charts. Through my clinic and hospital experience, I’ve prioritized tasks against deadlines, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and consistently maintained accurate record keeping and strong customer service.
