I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with 7+ years of healthcare administration and clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and Midwife. I bring strong organizational discipline, client confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

In my role at University of Benin Teaching Hospital, I managed patient care for 20+ patients daily, kept accurate medical records, and coordinated with multidisciplinary teams across departments. I prepared clinical reports, performed precise medical transcription, and ensured accurate data entry into hospital EMR systems, while providing administrative support like scheduling, inter-departmental coordination, and follow-up communications with patients and staff.

I also prioritize compliance and data security, maintaining strict patient confidentiality and following institutional standards equivalent to HIPAA guidelines. Through ALX Africa’s Virtual Assistant training, I reinforced EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, professional email management, appointment scheduling, transcription workflows, and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Zoom, and Slack.
