I’m looking to lead digital platform and channel transformation end-to-end—setting architecture, governing delivery, and partnering with C-level stakeholders to scale composable platforms, improve maintainability, and accelerate time to market.

I’m a Digital Platforms and Channels leader with 13+ years delivering enterprise web and mobile ecosystems across CMS, composable architectures, and cloud-integrated platforms. I combine platform architecture depth, product thinking, and cross-functional leadership to scale digital capabilities, improve maintainability, and accelerate time to market.

At Deloitte Digital, I lead multi-team digital platform and channel programs (25+ people) with full responsibility for delivery execution, architecture direction, stakeholder governance, and team leadership—managing budgets up to 6M and driving end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live. Previously, at Vodafone Italia, I evolved AEM-based platforms and modernized CMS and integrations, improving legacy response time (from 40 sec to 3 sec with cache).
