I am a Certified ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years delivering ITSM, CMDB/CSDM and digital transformation projects for financial and corporate clients. I lead agile teams from requirements through go-live, building custom ServiceNow apps and scalable service portals.

I have implemented robust CMDBs aligned to CSDM for major financial institutions and integrated onboarding/offboarding via REST/SOAP APIs, reducing manual effort by ~30%.
