At HP, I lead global Management of Change initiatives for PTC Servigistics Planning Software deployments, supporting organizational readiness and business adoption across worldwide regions. I coordinate governance, stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training planning in highly matrixed environments.
I also lead global supply chain strategies and transformation projects, including SAP S4 Hana ERP and PTC Servigistics implementations. As Regional Process Owner for Logistics Transformation, I supported HP’s global SAP S4 Hana deployment across seven manufacturing plants in the Americas, coordinating process redesign and business readiness.
Earlier at HP, I directed the Costa Rica Digital Transformation initiative and led strategic transformation work across the Americas. My background also includes manufacturing and inventory planning at L.L.Bean and ERP implementations of manufacturing, production, and inventory modules at Softland Sitio Oficial.
