What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a SOC Analyst, Security Analyst, or IAM Analyst role where I can apply enterprise incident investigation, identity troubleshooting, log analysis, and a security-first mindset.

I've supported enterprise identity, authentication, and endpoint-security environments at TeKnowledge across CA, OpenText, and Micro Focus accounts. I investigate production incidents involving Active Directory, OAuth2, SSL/TLS, web services, databases, and access workflows.

As an L3 ZENworks support engineer, I led root cause analysis for critical Windows and Linux endpoint-management incidents, managed patching, encryption, MDM, and policy enforcement, and mentored L1/L2 engineers. I've also supported identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, and authentication troubleshooting for OpenText Identity Manager.

I'm building toward SOC, Security Analyst, and IAM Analyst work through hands-on labs with Wazuh, Sysmon, Active Directory monitoring, Linux security monitoring, alert triage, and incident investigation.
