At Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) plc, I monitored security events and alerts, triaged potential incidents, and managed incident response through classification, escalation, containment, and closure. I also supported ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS compliance, audits, and remediation tracking.
At BANK OF AFRICA - Rwanda, I managed security solutions, administered SIEM and antivirus tools, and performed IT security checks. Earlier, as a Technical Support Intern at Computing Palace Technologies, I installed and maintained networks and VPNs and assisted with web development projects.
