What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can support patients or clients through responsive service, healthcare administration, care coordination, accurate documentation, and collaborative problem-solving.

I've supported patients, healthcare practitioners, and clients across hospital and health-service environments, handling benefits, pre-authorizations, inquiries, documentation, and care coordination.

At LIMI Hospital, I coordinated treatment, supported care plans and medication compliance, maintained patient information, and connected people with counselling, legal aid, housing, and income-support resources. I also provided trauma-informed support and crisis intervention for women and children experiencing domestic violence.

I'm currently a Sales Manager at VOOP Creative, where I hire, train, and mentor sales team members, build customer relationships, and develop strategic plans for business growth.
