I've managed network solution projects at Manifold Computers from initiation through completion, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver business and network infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

Previously, I led a seven-person IT helpdesk team, reducing average ticket response time from one hour to 30 minutes and improving SLA adherence from 23% to 42%. I used structured monitoring, prioritization, escalation processes, ManageEngine, and Zoho to strengthen service delivery and reduce recurring incidents.

On a Digital Savings Platform training project with Stanix Consult Limited, I coordinated cross-functional delivery of the Mentor OS web-based MVP. I managed Agile sprints in Jira, supported project documentation and reporting, and partnered with QA to achieve a 98% test pass rate before release.

I'm continuing to grow in project management while helping businesses streamline IT processes and deliver better support experiences.
