What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver friendly, reliable service while supporting day-to-day operations—accurate payments, guest/customer communication, and organized follow-through. I want a team that values professionalism and steady growth.

I’m a customer service professional with a strong foundation in interpersonal communication and problem-solving, backed by hands-on cashier and front desk experience. I’m proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I focus on being dependable, warm, and solutions-oriented with every interaction.

In my roles, I’ve handled real-time operations and guest/customer needs with care and accuracy. As a Manager at Golden Lounge, I calculated employee hours every two-weeks, ensured stores were fully staffed and stocked, completed inventory worksheets using Excel, and followed up with customers’ questions or requests. Earlier, I supported day-to-day public-facing work as a Security Guard, maintaining access control for individuals entering an Amazon workplace, greeting visitors, guiding people to their desired points of interest, and renewing CPR/first aid/guard card requirements.

I also bring a community-and-people focus through my experience as a Reading Coach with the Seattle Youth Employment Program and my customer-facing event support at Rainier Beach High School. I’m committed to continuous responsibility and care, including completing an 8-month CNA program with a Nursing Assistant license and working toward exceeding both professional and personal goals.
