I’m a Shopify & E-commerce Operations Specialist with hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations for growing online stores.

I work across the operational side of e-commerce ,from product and catalog management to inventory, order processing, fulfillment, customer support, returns, and supplier/courier coordination.
