What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, hybrid, or on-site role where I can manage e-commerce operations, marketplaces, customer experience, and digital marketing while improving workflows, visibility, and revenue performance.

I manage e-commerce operations for multiple clients across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop, including UK-focused accounts. My work covers store operations, product listings, customer support, account coordination, and virtual-assistance tasks.

I've supported TikTok Shop accounts associated with approximately £30,000 in commercial value and Shopify stores associated with £12,000–£13,000 in sales/value. I’ve also worked on client accounts generating approximately £10,000–£20,000+ in monthly revenue and contributed to growth exceeding PKR 2 million for a Pakistan-based brand within around three months.

I combine digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, AI tools, and prompt engineering with a Software Engineering foundation in Python, HTML, CSS, databases, and web systems.
