I'm looking to join a growing e-commerce company where I can improve store performance, product visibility, customer satisfaction, and overall sales operations through hands-on marketplace experience.

I've managed day-to-day e-commerce operations as a freelance E-commerce Specialist across eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

I research products, suppliers, competitors, pricing, and market trends, then create and optimize listings with titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product information. I also process orders, handle returns and refunds, support customers, and maintain product and sales data in Google Sheets and Excel.

I'm looking to help a growing e-commerce company improve store performance, product visibility, customer satisfaction, and sales operations through practical marketplace experience and reliable remote collaboration.
