What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use data, planning, and cross-functional coordination to improve operational performance, solve delivery challenges, and support process improvements in a collaborative environment.

I'm a freelance Project & Business Analyst in Brașov, developing analytical reports, tracking KPIs, and turning project data into structured insights for planning and management decisions.

Previously, at NBHX Rolem and ARPLAMA ROMANIA, I planned production, balanced customer demand against capacity, coordinated production and logistics priorities, and improved planning activities with Excel formulas and macros. I also supported Odoo adoption, led daily production meetings, and worked directly with production engineers and managers to address constraints and maintain delivery targets.

My earlier experience in recruitment and international retail strengthened my customer communication, stakeholder management, and ability to resolve issues in fast-paced environments. I'm comfortable working across teams, adapting to changing priorities, and using SAP, Odoo, Excel, and operational KPIs to improve day-to-day execution.
