I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle high-volume calls, manage documentation and scheduling, and use systems like ADP/Workday to resolve complex issues quickly while maintaining confidentiality.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience across banking, government, corrections, retail, hospitality, and leadership. I’m recognized for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer concerns, and staying organized in fast-paced environments.

In my Direct Banker role, I managed a high volume over 75 calls daily while maintaining composure under pressure.
