I’m a customer-focused Personal Banker with experience supporting accounts, financial products, and daily banking needs. I perform KYC procedures, handle confidential information accurately, and help keep branch operations moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Before banking, I built strong customer service and leadership skills through my work in food service. As a Pizza Hut Customer Service Representative, I managed orders, handled payments, and resolved customer concerns during high-volume shifts, and as a Pizza Hut Manager I supervised staff, supported scheduling and training, and helped resolve issues to maintain service quality.

I also bring hands-on healthcare support experience through a Medical Assistant externship. I supported patient intake, vital signs, and clinical support tasks while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality, complemented by my Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy certifications.
