What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work in cryptocurrency operations, P2P trading, technical support, or customer support, where I can help resolve customer issues and support efficient, secure operations.

At Bybit, I managed and resolved disputes between buyers and sellers in the P2P marketplace, aiming for timely and fair outcomes.

I investigated transactions for suspicious activity, fraud risks, and policy violations, and used transaction analysis to support customer protection and operational efficiency.

At Teknowledge, I provided customer-facing technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows, troubleshooting issues through email, calls, and chat.

Earlier, at Folylink Computers, I troubleshot and repaired computers and installed Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. I hold an HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication) from Auchi Polytechnic.
