At Hendrick Motor Sports, I support trackside network infrastructure and race engineers and teams, and provide Technical Operations Center support during race weekends.
I also support executive-level meetings and events and provide in-person, phone, and Microsoft Teams help to faculty and staff. My work includes administering Windows Server and Azure AD accounts, group policies, and MFA enrollment.
At Kannapolis City Schools, I helped transition IT responsibilities from a third-party provider to an internal department. I led implementation and ongoing administration of a district-wide ticketing and inventory system.
Earlier, at Duke Energy, I monitored equipment and plant systems supporting nuclear power generation, collected environmental samples, and operated radiation monitoring equipment. I also maintained technical records while supporting plant operations and cross-functional committees.
