At Justrite Safety Group, I troubleshoot network connectivity, manage physical and virtual servers, maintain DNS records, configure email and telecommunications systems, and restore backups. I also support Tier I technicians, standardize networking SOPs, manage endpoint and EDR policies, and coordinate ISP outage resolution.
Previously, I supported users, devices, infrastructure, and district-wide network resources across Justrite Safety Group and Hernando County School District. My background also includes technical equipment support, a B.S. in Cybersecurity, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, CompTIA A+, and leadership experience managing personnel and process improvements in the United States Marine Corps.
