I’m ready to lead a multi-year global HR transformation.

At Skill-Up Group, I own global HR process and policy delivery across India, the US, and Portugal. I designed and standardized onboarding-to-exit processes and SOPs to keep the employee lifecycle consistent across locations.

I led the Zoho HRIS implementation, configuring and automating key workflows to improve efficiency and data visibility. I also built dashboards on attrition, hiring efficiency, and workforce trends to guide improvement actions.

As HR Lead, I established HR processes for Skill-Up Group’s new Portugal entity, covering compliance, process standardization, and operational readiness. I also partnered with leadership on organizational changes and workforce planning.

Earlier, I led global hiring across the US and India and implemented Zoho People HRMS for attendance, leave, and workforce tracking. I’m ready to lead a multi-year global HR transformation.
