I’m looking for a role where I can deliver responsible, guest-focused service, proactively upsell and solve problems, and grow with a prestigious company. I want to use my communication skills to build satisfaction, loyalty, and measurable results.

I’m a Silver Concierge with Silversea (Royal Caribbean Group), where I manage booking inclusions and confidently upsell relevant add-ons to enhance every guest experience. I coordinate hotel and land arrangements, transfers, and related services while ensuring guests get clear, timely booking updates and administrative support.

Before my current role, I worked as a Personal Cruise Consultant, proactively promoting cruise packages through outbound calls and lead follow-ups. I tailor recommendations based on individual travel preferences, and I consistently work to meet or exceed revenue and booking targets while supporting mass email campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.

Earlier, at iQor, I built strong customer support foundations by handling billing inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, and assisting customers with plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and promotional offerings. I also troubleshot network, connectivity, and SIM-related issues—strengthening my ability to stay calm, solve problems, and guide customers to the right outcome.
