I'm looking to apply my Microsoft 365, IAM, Azure, AWS, automation, and security operations experience in a role focused on reliable cloud services, secure identity management, and continuous improvement.

At Aimleap, I administer Microsoft 365 for 100+ users across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, managing identities, licenses, onboarding, offboarding, and mailbox provisioning through Azure AD.

I led domain, DNS, and email migration work that reduced migration downtime by 30%, and implemented MFA and Conditional Access Policies that cut unauthorized login attempts by 40%. I also maintain WordPress sites at 99.8% uptime, resolve 75+ support tickets monthly, and improve onboarding efficiency through standardized processes.
