What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused QA/operations role where I can apply auditing, ISO systems, and training to improve service, reduce complaints, and support continuous improvement.

I am a dedicated quality assurance and customer-service professional with nearly a decade of experience across QA/QC, production operations, and customer engagement. I combine strong interpersonal skills with hands-on process improvement experience to represent organizations professionally and ensure client satisfaction.

My background includes implementing ISO 9001:2015 QMS, supporting audits and inspections, issuing and following up on non-conformances, and training teams on quality and service procedures. I have worked with SAP ERP and maintained QA/QC databases while driving reductions in customer complaints through improved controls.

I am pursuing roles where I can apply my audit, quality systems, and customer-relations strengths to improve service delivery, support continuous improvement, and contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.
